Greg and Becky exceeded our expectations when we needed a repair for our beloved blue chair when the armrest tore. They were A+ responsive (coming to our home to give us an estimate and coming back with the repaired armrest = absolutely painless). The repair was perfectly done. They were so easy to work with.
